The Country Screen Porch wraps the Kitchen and Dining Room, creating a harmonious living area. The extra width allows a Kitchen Fireplace with wood storage below.

The Master Bedroom can also be accessed from the rear entry. The master bathroom has a long garden tub in the boxed window.

Its half-circle window lights the long bathroom. A separate shower completes the requirements for a modern bath room. Upstairs, a hall bath serves the two bedrooms. A front dormer window compliments Bedroom 3.

Scissor trusses are suggested for vaulted living room below. Below a small basement with a long Playroom , accessible to a lower yard level, has a convenient shower bath and ample storage area.
