Both the separate dining and the long living room with its wide fireplace and wood box have access to the side screen porch. Note the grill which has its own chimney flue. While the plan indicates a lower parlor floor, the step-down can be eliminated. The U-shaped kitchen with its center island is convenient to the pantry in the oversized utility room. The oven is built-in with a separate cook top located in the counter. In the utility room the extra space can be used as an office or sewing area. The plan offers two bath layouts. The one for master bedroom has a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. Two bedrooms above, sharing a private bath, bring the total to four bedrooms. Open rail in hallway upstairs. Double carport can be enclosed as a garage.
