The Master Bedroom fireplace in this plan, F-1678, can be replaced with an entertainment center. The conventional bath can be altered to accommodate a separate show and tub which is shown in the plan. The entry with columns and low wall is opened to the long Dining and Living room. The table or counter near the utility sink is handy for folding clothes. A commode stall is shown in the end of the utility room. The wide country eat-in kitchen has a wall for a hutch and a woodstove. The large breakfast table is located beside two large windows with television corner.
The basement is accessed by the stair way in the hall.

Alternates included:
• encloses the carport as a double garage
• master bathroom is extended as a small side gable to accommodate a design with his and her lavatory areas. The small sink gives him a better place for shaving.
