This Plan, L-2300, has a fireplace for both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The shed front porch makes a house more "Country."

This Log Home Plan, L-2300, has a fireplace for both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The shed front porch makes a house more "Country." The Living Room and Dining area open into a wide, lazy rear Screen Porch. The master bath has two layouts, one with a separate shower and separate tub. Also, the washer-dryer in the hall closet can be relocated in front of the two car garage in an alternate utility room with a pantry. Separating the Breakfast from the Kitchen is a long open bar. A window shelf serves as a pass-thru counter from the Kitchen to the screen porch for summer dining. The stairway leads to two Bedrooms each with its own alcove. Each Bedroom adjoins the bathroom and can have a study or storage. Chinked, 6x12 pine dovetail Logs are used to construct this grand Log Home. Your Log Supplier can substitute another type of log if desired.
An alternate frame Plan, F-2300-A, places a wide dormer for a study area at the top of the stairs. The circle top window in the dormer lights up the stairway. The upstairs bath that has a hamper below the seat, opens to each bedroom alcove. A large storage room makes the upstairs complete. Also, in this alternate plan, the family room is connected to a mud room-utility area with access from both the back yard and the front of the house.
In the frame alternate, the basement layout provides a future Bedroom-4 with its shower bath; a long, wide Playroom and Hobby Room. The alternate frame plan, F-2300-A, is included when the Log Plan L-2300 is purchased.
