| This rambling one story home has a very large living and separate dining room, divided by columns and a low wall. The foyer is closed for privacy. Both the living room and the breakfast area in the 'U' shaped kitchen access the rear screen porch. This design adds a feeling of togetherness. Enough room in the kitchen allows an island and built-in ovens with separate
cook top. Note the traffic by-passes the kitchen working area. The long utility has a commode stall and extra space for sink, freezer and sewing or ironing or even better a computer desk. The Master Bedroom is long with wall space for a king-sized bed. An alternate bath layout with separate shower and tub is shown in the plans.
