The rear Country Screen Porch in plan, F-1660, is enjoyed from the dining room and the master bedroom. The brick fireplace and low walls separate the dining and living rooms from the entry and hallway. The master bath can be expanded to include a separate shower. The stairway to the basement is located off the wide hall. The breakfast area has double windows for watching the birds or the kids play. The Country Kitchen is shaped as a “U “ to make cooking more convenient. A commode stall is at the end of the utility room which includes a sink. Note the handy desk as you enter from the double garage. Vertical board and batten siding is shown, but horizontal siding is also an option.
