A vaulted living room is the feature in the plan with its raised entry. The master bedroom has a corner fireplace that shares the chimney with the living room fireplace and wood box. While the master bedroom shares a compartmented bath with bedroom-2, an alternate private bath is shown. Columns and a rail line the step-up into the separate dining room. The convenient 'U' shaped kitchen has a pantry and a bar. A half bath is found at the rear entry across from the utility room. From the entry steps wind up to a dormitory type bedroom with alternates for bathroom.

Alternates included:
• separate baths for lower bedrooms
• built-in refrigerator creates more kitchen space
