This Country French Home has a wide porch with tall columns that allow exposure of the tall, front windows. The separate foyer leads into a long Parlor with optional exposed beams. The Dining area is in front of tall, twin windows that look out to a patio. A television can be located conveniently beside the fireplace for viewing from both the dining table or the Parlor seating. The country Kitchen layout is "U" shaped and has a generous space for your breakfast table and a small hutch. The utility room, with its extra pantry shelves, has an outside entry and room for a freezer or sink, sewing machine and ironing board. Note the bike storage at the rear of the house, which keeps the kids from scratching your autos in the garage. The single garage can easily be widen to accommodate two cars. Off the hall is a half bath, convenient to both the Kitchen and the Dining area. Open stairs in the hall lead to two Bedrooms upstairs, each with walk-in closets and a dormer window. These Bedrooms have interesting sloped ceiling on the exterior walls. Besides the long bathroom with its low linen shelves, an extra vanity serves Bedroom-3. The Master Bedroom Bath has an alternate layout for a separate shower and large tub. The closet beneath the stairs can be opened for basement stairs.
