The country porch is 8 feet wide and opens to the foyer with stairs and an open rail that looks into the stepped-down parlor. The step can be left out if desired. The long parlor and the keeping room both enjoy access to the side screen porch. An extra fireplace which holds the built-in ovens is the highlight of this unique room. Chop block space enhances the 'U' shaped kitchen. The mud area can be entered from the garage or the yard. The utility area has a built-in ironing board and a sink. An alternate master bath provides a separate shower and a tub. The upstairs hall between the two bedrooms has an open rail.
The double garage can open to the side if desired.
