For a more open feeling wide columns with a low wall separate the Dining Room from the Living Room. Two feet, added to the front gable, accommodate the corner whirlpool tub and separate shower. Also, the walk-in closet has been increased in size. Note the balcony line of the study above the Master Bedroom. The alternate utility has a wide sink cabinet opposite the washer and dryer. A rear stairway is shown leading from the breakfast area to a balcony above. An extra foot was added to the garage length which gives a bike or toy corner. Upstairs, the baths are compartmented with one section accessible to the Play Room from the balcony. The balcony-study overlooks the Master Bedroom which has a circle top window for extra light in the front gable. All alternates use the basic plan for foundation, cabinets, etc. These alternates are included in the basic Plan F-1960. See details on length and extra square footage above.
