Plan F-2540-A, with its wrap-around country porch, offers easy living with two bedrooms on the main level, one of which can become a home office with its private entrance. The hall bath is convenient to the office and the main level. The open living and dining room continues onto the long screen porch which also connects to the wrap porch.

The master bedroom is adjoined by the master bath with its separate shower and large garden tub. The extra closets may good sense. The country kitchen is wide and long enough for that harvest breakfast table and the extra chop block or island. A tiny room for a mini- office or sewing area has a half wall for natural light from the country side porch.

A separate utility room has its own commode and wash-up sink for the kids from play. A closet for play coats and a freezer space complete this working area. Stairs wind to the extra space above the garage which can become another bedroom or a larger office with its own dormer window.

On the second level, the open stairs land beside the main dormer alcove with its attractive window. Bedroom-2 Suite has its own alcove with a walk-in closet and private bath. A long bath wall offers bench space. Also, the spacious sitting room could become a bed space for a sister. A hall bath with a shower serves Bedroom-3 and Bedroom-4.

The Basement area contains a large, open Playroom with its own fireplace and a full shower bath. Plenty of storage areas are shown for mechanical, etc. Note the Playroom is opened to a covered porch at ground level.
