The fireplace is flanked by a media area for televisions and electronic components on book shelves. The dining area looks out through oversized windows that look out onto your backyard or your scenic view. The Dutch door opens the utility / panty room and allows space for folding and hanging clothes.

Note that the separate master bedroom on the opposite side of the parlor in this plan, F-1252, provides privacy for the owners when guests arrive. The fireplace is flanked with TV spot and book shelves. The dining area looks out thru oversized windows. The utility/panty room is open with 1/2 Dutch door and allows space for folding and hanging clothes. Alternate layouts are included for a garage, a larger or handicap bath and basement stairs. No basement plan is available with the basement stairs, only crawl space. Check the Dutch door detail. This plan is available also using 6x12 chinked logs.
