Notice that the separate master bedroom on the opposite side of the parlor in this plan, F-1252, provides privacy for the owners when guests arrive. The fireplace is flanked with TV spot and book shelves. The dining area looks out thru oversized windows. The utility/pantry room is open with 1/2 Dutch door and allows space for folding and hanging clothes. Alternate layouts are included for a garage, a larger or handicap bath and basement stairs. No basement plan is available with the basement stairs, only crawl space. Check the Dutch door detail. This plan is available also using 6x12 chinked logs.
Note the walk-in closet with the vanity. The utility room has space for sewing or small office with a window. Pantry over the stairway and long closet provide that needed storage space. Stairs lead to a full basement. The double garage completes this attractive home.
